My wife is diabetic and she needed special shoes for her health issue. Colleen D. was very welcoming and understanding. My wife's shoes would not fit properly and had to be returned, not once but several times. Colleen and the staff, we're so understanding and welcoming, and did not fuss or complain when my wife's shoes were poor fitting. They took the time and effort to ensure my wife was properly taken care of and had no reservations about returning shoes to get a proper fit. Seeing the professional attitude and the welcoming of the staff, I ordered shoes for myself. (I prefer steel toed boots due to my profession) There were fitting and comfort issues. Colleen and the staff never wavered in ensuring that the boots would be comfortable and have a proper fit for me. Yes the boots had to be returned and had to be a different size. Never was there a complaint or a feeling from the staff that I was crazy or aloof. I felt and still feel that this staff is genuinely concerned about the customer and their comfort. Just a little observation about other customers who were serviced while my wife and I were being served. The staff gave the other customers the same attention to detail and kindness and understanding as for my wife and I. Very greatfull and appreciated.
The workers are slow, with low communication skills, don't listen well, mumble, ignore; and there is one or two female workers who are extremely rude, including verbally. I've been there three times and had trouble with them each time, always left there frustrated and angry. They pretend that they don't make errors and pretend that i made the errors that they actually made. One woman specific woman needs to be fired; i don't understand how she is allowed to work there. I will never use their services again and no one in my family will either.
