I purchased a brand new 2016 Kawasaki Vaquero from DR Powersports on June 24, 2017. My experience was awful, I will NEVER give them my business again. After waiting in the showroom for 10 or 15 minutes for the salesman to finish with a customer, he proceeded to sit down with a coworker for another 45 minutes to laugh and tell jokes while I stood there and waited. The salesman that "helped" me, was so terrible at his job, that he forgot to put a dealer tag on the bike when I test drove it, to list just some of my bad experiences that day. It was one problem after another there. I paid cash for the bike, and never received the title, or any notices in the mail. I called the dealer and it had been sitting in our local courthouse because the dealer (DR Powersports) forgot to put the color of the bike on the title, so our courthouse called them and never heard back either. I went to the courthouse and they had the title, and because of my call to the dealer, I was able to finally get my title and license registration, 6 WEEKS after I bought the bike. I had traded in a bike, so I was transferring my plate to the new bike. Because of the dealerships delay and neglect, I was riding around with a plate on my new bike, registered to my old bike. Thankfully I didn't get pulled over with the old plates on it. I strongly recommend venturing to Fort Dodge or Des Moines if you wish to do business with a dealer that sells these types of bikes.
