Ordered a part, they screwed up on shipping and it was going to take almost a month to get to me. So they sent another one and it was broken! Eventually we received what we needed and they did try their best to make it right.

I did not want to have to take this route and write this review and the other steps against another recycler, but it has been over 30 days now and nothing has been done whatsoever from Schram Auto Parts Team PRP or John to assist me or refund my money. This is the appreciation I get from Schram Auto Parts Team PRP for being a repeat customer for over 10 years of buying parts from this them. I simply just wanted what I paid for or a refund. It wasn’t that serious! I guarantee if this was our company who did this, John would be whining and crying to everyone possible trying to get us shut down. I can’t understand how they are a Team PRP member with this type of nonsense.So I contacted John on 9/29/2016 to purchase this headlight and asked in every way possible to make sure he sent me the correct headlight and he still sent me a complete different headlight than what I requested. I asked for a photo and asked for him to physically verify that the headlight is correct because I know how hard they are to come by. The headlight I received looks nothing like the headlight I requested at all and John could careless that he wasted my time with this his error. He acted like I’m bothering him because he sent me the wrong part. He claims he never mentioned anything about a projector, which he clearly did from the phone recording. He’s so busy trying to tell me how many phones he takes a day and we must not make over $50 a day or week whatever. He must have a personal issue with us for him to blatantly waste our time with this nonsense. He claimed twice now to have sent a call tag to have this light picked up and it’s still sitting here. He’s refusing to issue me a refund because he says he needs his light back first, which he wouldn’t send a pick up for. At this point, I’ll just file a dispute. I don’t know what type of business mind frame this guy has, but it’s not a good one because there’s no way I would risk losing a repeat customer who has spent the amount of money that I have over the years all over a $87 part. !!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. !!!!!!!!!!! I Took my Nissan frontier to H&H collision / acre auto to have my frame straightened and a bumper put on after an accident. Not only did they over charge me but did unauthorized work. Instead of doing body work properly ... They cut apart and improperly welded my truck frame so that it is no longer safe to drive. I took it to five other "PROFESSIONAL" auto body shops and they said the entire frame needs to be replaced now because of the illegal and unprofessional work at this shady shop. I now have a state of Michigan investigation and complaint filed against this shop and their state license. If you have any further questions about why not to use this shop Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere that is going to do a safe and professional job and not rip you off..
For several years now, I have been going to Acre Auto Parts for all my used parts needs..If they don't have it, they find it for me with their Nationwide locator. I have also had them order new parts for me as well. Always very friendly!!!!! I have no complaints. Very family oriented. When I send a friend to Acre for parts, I always have a good feedback from them and then they let their friends know..Great job guys...You will always be my #1 salvage yard!!!!

I've bought a lot of parts from this place, always very nice people, fast and easy to find. helped me out finding tires even if they didnt have them then sent me to someone who did, (no thats a great business) really what business would do that?! love coming here every time. Always great used parts! Will forever be a customer!
This review is about acre auto parts (salvage yard). Terrible customer service. I have yet to come across a place with worse service than this. We drove here after calling to make sure they have the 2 parts we were looking for. Jim, the "manager" only then proceeded to tell us that they require boots (no sandals) rather than telling us this during the earlier phone call. He actually cited "rattlesnake accidents" as the cause for this policy. He told us we would have to go back home for a change of shoes and then can come back. After we told him that home is over a half an hr away, he then proceeded to very rudely direct us to the nearby kmart to purchase boots/sneakers. After we refused, he unwillingly sent another worker to get the part we called about earlier. After some time, he came back with the wrong color: grey, when we specifically said we need tan (which they said they have and to just come up there and choose). The next part we needed was also wrong, but mostly because the part we actually needed was attached to a window and not the regulator. We only learned this after we drove home and tried to put it on. They offered to exchange the electrical part for the window with the clips we actually needed. We drove up there again only to find out (again at home... Different vehicle used to drive there) that the window we were given was not for our vehicle. Went up there again, wrong window... AGAIN. Finally, on the fourth trip there, they were able to give us the correct item and a mere $10 discount. I also called the owner about this issue today, and have yet to hear back from him (to be fair, it has only been a few hours since I tried reaching him). Overall, poor service, rude "management " , unreliable computer inventory of parts. Prices seem ok. I guess you get what you pay for.
