Parents look elsewhere. Dr. Caren seemed like a great pediatrician, but my kids only saw her on their first visit. After a year of visits we never saw her again because she was booked 1-3 months in advance. The main reason I'm giving this review is to warn parents of two things. First - Extremely long wait times. My wait times were from 45 minutes to 2 hours... I'm not exaggerating... 45 minutes to 2 HOURS. This means I haven't waited any less than 45 minutes. Bringing me to second issue - The office, the waiting room, and the patient rooms are not set up for children. There is no separation from sick - well patients. There are no toys. There are no books for kids. The TV plays soap operas and talk shows. This leaves it up to you to entertain your children for 45 minutes to 2 hours. I suggest looking elsewhere for pediatric needs.
