The mattress are over priced and they will try to up sell you stuff that will protect it with a warranty and as soon as you have a issue they will search for any Reason to void warranty. Go to Costco they stand behind what they sell.

I purchased a sectional with the extended warranty less than 3 years ago. I was told that the warranty covered defects, stains, wear & tear, as far as being told that it would cover the foam in the cushions breaking down, etc. Now, my sectional is falling apart to the extent that part of the frame is protruding out the back. They sent someone out, he took almost 30 pics of it, now I'm being told there's nothing they can do, that the warranty doesn't cover any of that. Then why send him out, why was I told it did? I call customer service, got the run around, I'm not happy. I will NEVER buy from there again.
So I wouldnt even give this store a star but I just want you to see that I rated this store. I had the worst experience with the sales people at this store. I flat out told them in the beginning when I had finally decided on a bed to tell me how much it was going to cost each month. So the salesman sat down with me and wrote everything "supposedly" down and gave me the final price with everything included. And he said to make him seem like a nice guy he would throw in a couple free things. So I told him I would go ahead a buy the bed. But unknowingly I signed the papers with him putting hidden fees into my bill. When I went out to my car I added everything up he was making me pay way more the we had sat down and agreed to. Very pour salesmanship at this store if you do decide to by anything here make sure that you make them write everything down with ALL the hidden fees in it. To say the least I am a very unsatisfied customer!!! And I won't be recommending them to anyone.

I sent payment last year with a tracking number that arrived on the 8th and the due date was the 10th. They didn't process the payment until the 12th. When I called to say the payment arrived on the 8th, the rep didn't believe me, didn't even want the tracking number. I was ticked, she said make sure I send the payment at least 10 days in advance. So, my last payment was sent end of December and once again they processed it after the due date (Jan. 10th). I have always mailed my payments to companies on time and have never dealt with such a lame company in my life. It makes me think they are intentionally trying to charge late fees and end up changing the interest rate on their 0% interest deal for 24 months. I paid that account off and promise to never deal with Gardner White again, I will make sure my friends know about my experience as well. BTW Their furniture is crap, too.
