Had one appt on a Friday with a 3 hour window. They showed up during the last 30 minutes to tell me they did not allocate enough time to fix a repair for a main water line so we rescheduled. This was not a problem. I understood the situation.So I rescheduled and the office was aware that a 3 hour window of time was required for the next appt and they put me on the books for that amount of time. They were to show up during a window of 2 pmto 5pm on a Wednesday. They showed up at 4pm and Barney (I believe) said "I am not staring at 3 hour job at 4pm so you will need to reschedule." Now they have cancelled on me twice. He offered no apologies and just left. I called their office to get an immediate time to reschedule and the best they could do was the following week (this is happening on a Wednesday).Kip called me and was rude and snarky to me. Terrible customer service. I offered to get another appt the following week but I wanted a discount on the work given I have lost a whole day of work to meet them (two half days for two different appts). He gave that no consideration and said "do you want to set an appt or not -- and no you are not getting a discount on the work?"I will never recommend them to anyone. They really put me in a rut and could have cared less. I have used them for years and their service took a terrible turn.
