The entire staff at Cricket Wireless in Waterford, MI was just incredible. Their staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and very hands on with the entire phone purchase. The professionalism presented by their staff (Roger) was unparallelled compared to past experiences; he provided me with several options for my phone purchase, compared the pros and cons of each, and provided me with several different priced options for the accessories. The cleanliness in the store was great and I was treated with a lot of personal attention. Thank you for making my experience at your location a great one.
It's a bunch of immature kids that work here. I called to ask why my bill changed after I bought a new phone and they couldn't figure out why. They said it may be the activation fee but it wasn't b/c I already paid for it. When I activated the phone the guy that was helping me was more about laughing with his friend then helping me. Don't go here please!
I have visited this location on several different times, and each visit was horrible! The kids that work there are RUDE and UNWILLING to help. They stand around more than they work.They don't ask if you need assistance you have to ask them! The quote on quote "technician Brandon is a total jerk rudeness at it's finest. Brandon "the manger" is bigger jerk with gross breath and a nasty attitude.I've never dealt with customer service on such a terrible level. This store would be great for the hood! They didn't deserve the star but I had too.
The only reason they got one star is because it is require.. Do not waste your time. I do not have a single positive thing to say about this place, or it's employees. Everyone was extremely rude didn't even come close to helpful. I went in because the charging port on my phone was not working no matter what charger I was using. When I went in i stood around for several minutes before anyone was able to help me, which was upsetting considering I was the only one in the store. After talking with one of the employees he told me I would have to come back tomorrow because the tech was scheduled to leave in 45 minutes and he would have to take a look at the phone. The employee "helping" me said they would probably just order me a replacement after it was looked at. I went back the next day to be greeted by a young kid who continued to ask me the same questions over and over which was frustrating. After I had explained the situation several times another employee jumped in and claimed he would have to take a look at the phone before they could do anything. Once again they were not busy, there may have been one other person in the store at the time. this employee asked me to leave then phone come back in an hour. So I did, only for him to say that they needed to order me a replacement but because it was so late in the day, and a holiday weekend I would not get a new one until Monday or Tuesday of next week. He said when the replacement phone arrived he would call me but I needed to remind him the issue with the phone is that it will not charge so he would have to call a different number. He rudely handed over paperwork and asked me to write a different contact number. I am so frustrated with the way they treat people, their customer service is beyond awful. Please don't waste your time.
