Im never getting my stuff there again im haveing the worth experience ever I got a gas stove from there it came 3 times and all of them are damaged I call the service plase and they tell me they gonna comeout and fix it no I payed for a new stove I dont need to be fixed I want it to be new not damaged !!!!
If I could give a negative number I would. -5!Amy has no clue what she is doing!! I took my iPad for a screen repair, was promised 2 hours and it took her 3 weeks!! When I got it home my husband said it was a bad repair job (screen was not laying flat) so he took it back. This time it only took her 2 weeks. She tore the power/volume flex cable, removed a sensor and removed the control board that feeds into the logic board. That explains why she had to install an app on my ipad for me to control the volume. She never told me I shouldn't shut my machine off because of the missing item. The repair guy that just left my house said he has never seen such a bad repair job. He is the only reason I know these things are missing from my iPad. He even had me take pictures of it. I shut my iPad off and it wont start because of the missing parts. While my iPad was in her shop the second time she claims that a customer walked off with my ipad case. She replaced that with one that I wont use because It is different than what I had and it does not work the same. I now have to have my iPad repaired again (waiting on the missing parts ) and I have to get a new case. If you enjoy your electronics at all...even if you hate them, don't take them to Force, they will never be the same again. you will regret doing business with her.
