Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped bye one day and the store was closed. You very nicely provided two cards for a "free" sub with a donation to the New London School System. Today I stopped in to grab a sub and redeem the card. With a $5 donation in hand, I found the cards had expired. So no donation to the schools, no "free" sub. Your appology for being closed only lasted a month. Please look up the defination of NEVER, because that is when I will be back.

Clean, food is fresh, and customer service is outstanding. Have had many a sandwich from Jersey Mikes at this location and they have never disappointed. The only disappointment I had is when they shut down for a bit and was excited to see them open again...YAY

Don't get me wrong the subs are good but the quality of the deli meats are cheap they use a low budget products and up the charges I've been to real Italian restaurants and their subs will put this place out of business I just don't get it

I ordered a few minutes before there closing time . Lady over the phone was very rude . I asked for a steak sandwich ended up getting a blt come to find out the next morning when I called to speak to the manager the manager was the rude lady ! Nice going jersey Mikes . There subs were good . But the service was bad never going again
