This I Hop's food is good, but service is not great. You do a lot of waiting for the waitresses. It's location in the mall is convenient.
Second time I am here after being reassured that my next experience will be better but in fact it was worse. Been here 45 minutes and the appetizer is "just" about to be out. Even though it was on the manager Jessica it was a waste of time. I would not recommend this Denny's to any patron at all. It is the worst establishment that I have dined at and wish I never spent a dollar here. I will be contacting corporate office in order to rectify this in justice as I am a hungry patron and the waterbury Denny's does not live up to the experience that they try to sell
I don't live too far away so I often pop in for breakfast or lunch. I've always received good, friendly service. The food has always been good and exactly as ordered.
Went there at 11pm on a thursday night . Got seated right away, our server James came right over to us, took our order and in a short time had our food. Food was excellent. Surprisingly restaurant was busy for that time of night. will definitely go back.
I wish I could rate 0 stars ..Do NOT go to this Denny's the waitresses obviously don't care about their jobs or customers ..We came in with a cold welcome all the said was "name" very coldly and didn't even say welcome to Denny's no smile nothing ..and didn't tell us how long of a wait before we were seated well we waiting 15 minutes before getting a table and the waitress barely said two words to us she took our orders then when she came back with the food she just plopped it on the table and walked away very quickly ..I said thank you to her when we received the food she completely ignored me didn't say a word no smile nothing ..well we didn't see her for the rest of the time we were there almost 40 min after eating our food and she never came back she was joking around with her coworkers on the other side of the restaurant ..my husband had to go to the cashier and pay and the waitress wouldn't even go to the register to give the amount the cashier had to go to the waitress it was obvious she was avoiding us ..worst customer service I have experienced ever and I sure as hell didn't give the waitress a too she definitely didn't deserve one
My mother and i went to this Dennys on Christmas day around 5 pm.we were seated by the hostess who brought us our drinks we had asked her if there was a long wait to order our food she had said no while we were there we saw several people walk out they said they waited over an hour for their food. we then asked the manger who was donna William how much longer for are food.she went to ask the kitchen but could not give us a answer as we were waiting a party of two came in and received thier food as we were still waiting for are foodAre food came out 55 minutes later,wasnt cook the way we order it .food served well done burnt.we ordered two meals cheeseburger,fries.we also had an order of cheese quesadilla which was requested to put sour cream ,salsaon the side which was throw all over the cheese quesadilla.the service was so bad ,all staff there were very unorganized and I felt that they were understaffed and when the waitress is put in order and I feel the cooks do not listen to them.Donna williams did comp are check . please look into this matter. Wonderful selection of pastries and cakes. Already put my orders in for the holidays.I was thrilled to know that Como Bakery carries gluten free items as well. 2 people in my family have dietary restrictions and knowing that I can get everything I need in one place is wonderful.
