Waited over an hour for help and finally left. When we arrived there @ 550pm last night there were 3 people working, 1 employee left shortly after to go home. As I was waiting by the counter for the next available employee another gentleman cut in front of me, which the employee saw and still helped him. Then after helping him, that same employee proceeded to go to another group of people, who arrived after us and worked with them instead of helping us next. Throughout the entire wait there was never any "we'll be with you as soon as we can" or "sorry for the wait", nothing. We left at 7pm. Rude.

This store makes shopping for a vanity or cabinets easy. They have a large variety in many price ranges. The sales staff are knowledgeable & don't try to have you buy the most expensive items. As for customer service & quality at very good prices,they were outstanding. After my experience I recommend start here first.
As a Home Improvement Contractor, this company is the worst I've ever done business with.. Chris of their Waterbury store is non-respona I've and appears genuinely disinterested... Suggestion find another Kitchen and Bath Store.
