Overall
Food
Service

This place seems to keep changing owners but never improving. Now they have newer seating, which is worse than what was there, both for comfort and convenience. Half the stuff in the arcade is always in need of servicing, the food is expensive and not any better than microwave grade. On most lanes one or both of the bumpers stick- either up or down, so bowling with kids can be a hassle. The ball return mechanism is also faulty on many lanes. This means you spend a lot of time going up to the counter to report a problem. Some of the staff are really nice, some seem to hate their job and are rude. Too bad they can't spend the time and money to make this place a better experience. They did manage to raise the prices though!

Overall

the lanes and equipment are nice. It also has a nice arcade room. These are the only reasons it got any stars. I have been here twice in the last month. Once for a parents night away and another for a child's birthday party. Both times, we experienced nothing but RUDE front desk staff. The kitchen staff was nice. For the birthday party, the trash can was over flowing when we got there, and there were about 10 pitchers set in the area of half full, old drinks... it was disgusting to say the least. To top it off, we got yelled at by a staff member for crossing the beloved black line in out street shoes, yet they wouldn't give us bowling shoes to wear to help the kids, and insisted we walk around in our socks... on the discussing floors. I am officially over this place and will not go back until I hear better things.
