Hello My name is Jodi Moses, LCHT. I am a Licensed Board Certified Hypnotherapist & Life Coach. My professional memberships include: The Washington State Department of Health, The National Guild of Hypnotists, The International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association & The International Association of Counselors & Therapists. We all have places within our lives that we would like to improve. Holistic therapies are a wonderful; natural way for all of us to achieve the goals we have long strived for but have fallen short of reaching. They are also tools to find answers within ourselves, to questions that hound us for various reasons. Within my practice, I recognize that while we not only are unique individuals; we are also connected within ourselves to our body, mind and spirit. I employ the technique of working with clients which not only honors this principle but approaches the session with a different eye. It asks the question: How does the issue you are seeking help with effect my physical body, my emotional mind, and heart? And, how does this affect my soul or my personal spirituality? In our sessions together the client is not only aided by traditional methods, we utilize one's own innate energy, spirit and healing nature within. My approach is client centered and founded on respect for my clients and their personal goals. I employ each individual's life experiences, intelligence & capabilities to help them achieve their desired result in a peaceful and comfortable manner for them. I work with a wide variety of issues: including but not limited to; Stress Management, Self Esteem, Depression, Children's Issues, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Pain Management, Athletic Enhancement, Women's Issues, Academic Enhancement, Apprehensions,and clients who are facing life-altering illnesses.(Please note: When working on specific problem areas, consultation with a psychologist or psychological associate may be helpful.)
