Lakebrink's Custom Concrete

Seemed nice and gave me a good cash price, until less than a year went by and our brand new decorative concrete started cracking. Then, I had to call Ryan 5 times and he still never returned my call. Correction, he did once and then never showed when he said he would. Thanks for wasting my day!

One day, Ryans foreman, who was always nice, showed up and simply sprayed silicon on the cracks. When I asked him if this is normal, he said," Well, yes". I said, after less than a year? I sure wish that they would have told us that before we spent thousands of hard earned dollars that was not easy to save.

I would never use this company again and urge others not to as well. The only reason I gave them two stars was because of Mark. I can not explain my frustration and disappointment with this company.
