I have had these folks out several times in the past year and very pleased with the service I got. Needed a new AC as the old one bit the dust once again. In a short time they showed up with a new unit and did a very professional job installing it. I expected several days living in a hot house but they had the new one installed in one day. Dave from Johnson Heating and Cooling was excellent. I called at 8:30 am and he was at my door at 9:15 am. While I was probably very fortunate for that kind of timing, I was still very impressed. He was professional and courteous, and even put on boot covers to protect my floors from dirt. He was able to fix my old AC unit and had cold air moving within an hour. He took the time to explain everything and to show me how to maintain the unit. I know my system is getting older and expected a push to replace it. That wasn't the case. There was no high pressure sales. We did talk about some of my current system's short falls and I did ask for a quote. When it comes time to replace my system, I will definitely call Johnson Heating and Cooling.

These guys are great. After having several other contractors look at our equipment, and not actually fix the problems, Dave came out and hooked his computer up to the roof-top units and could see every issue within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend them, especially if the work is complicated and technical.
