Overall
Poor treatment of customer

Used to really love this store but really disturbed by their treatment of our son. Our son stopped by to buy a drink, snack for his dog. He had his drawstring wrestling bag on his back and was approached by a male manager who told him to pay for his items and leave and best if he did not return because he may steal and put it in his bag!!! So women with purses and diaper bags?? I realize this manager does not know our child but this 15 yr old helped with tornado clean up efforts numerous times and donated many of his own things to those in need. He was embarrassed and did nothing wrong but patronize a local business with an incompetent man in charge. Training for managers should touch on common sense apparently. One very unhappy set of parents/former customers!!!
