Your question was why the bank owes me $400.00 mentioned in your letter to me. On March 3, 2017, in your question concerning about my claim with the bank. In August 4, 2016, I was filing marital status discrimination against bank of America with OCC, and the OCC made a duplication of my case, for my issue, which was case#03107350 and 03107351, where the resolution letter had not mail out to me. The bank of America, NA, owed me $26.10, for two separates $13.05 , for s.f. superior court e-filing online, civil case filing, that was fraudulent act by s.f. superior court's clerk and the bank said that I had not cancel my debit card ending in 3859. In other hand, the $400.00 (see fax#2, claim# 16031100311) was connected this claim. The bank owes me $400.00 also because they said that this amount was linked to $26.10. It means that the bank was not honest during the process of $400.00 claim, that this amount was yet not processed. In this supportive document revealed that 'online reply expired' (see at fax#3) in July 7, 2016, in page claim inbox and it stated the claim was resolved in March 25, 2016 for July 6, 2016 (see fax#4), in page claim# 160325101553. In conclusion, in my case, when a late resolution letter comes from a claim that was more than 90 days old, it simply means this claim connected with other claim, the bank of America did not respond to my message regarding 60 days period for expired $400.00 claim. By the way, I want to get my resolution letter from the OCC. So, please process my complaint, Mr. Eversole. If you have any questions , feel free to contact BofA at 1-877-430-1437 ext. 437886 or contact the OCC at 1-800-613-6743.The OCC created an appeal(03105220) and decided to reject my appeal on March 14, 2017.Sincerely,/S/Hai c. So glad I found Max before this cold snap! I had been searching for insulation for a few months. We live in an old 1900 Victorian that had no insulation in the attic or walls. I can deal with the cold, but with a baby it just wasn't realistic anymore. Max came in and checked the attic and told me what he recommends. After he sent his quote and I accepted, he was able to come over in a week and a half to get the job done. His guys were professional and friendly, and everyone dealt with our slightly (very) crazy dog with good humor. They set up blankets to keep everything clean and tarps up in the attic to make sure no insulation fell into the bedroom. We had the crew do blown-in fiberglass insulation (they even put in more than they said, which means better insulating); they put covers over the can lamps in the bathroom; and I had them build up a platform by the attic stairs so I could use it for storage. That wood was covered with rolled fiberglass (blown-in would be a mess if you're using the area actively). We were able to feel the difference immediately. After they finished, they cleaned up everything and even swept some of the lingering insulation that was blowing around in front of our house. I found Max's price very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I had. Another important difference--the big box Home Depot was cheaper, but they never once said that the lamps should be covered before putting insulation on them (a fire hazard). These are the important details that Max pointed out. He also noticed some cracks in the brick through which air was coming in and they sealed it tight with foam. So go with Max, or at least give him a call and see what he can do for you. Great service from a great local company. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for insulation.
Working with Max to sound proof our basement has been a great experience. He was quick to respond to emails/calls, gave frequent status updates, came in over the weekend to finish the job to meet my deadline, and was right on budget. He was also very helpful in addressing some other insulation needs I had in my home. The quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend using him for your insulation and sound proofing needs.
I found MAX Insulation through Yellowpages.com. He not only came out the day after I called but he came with tools to correct my 3rd floor insulation that had been torn down in a storage closet. He corrected the problem in about 2 hours. He also informed me that because it was an old house, (1937) what insulation that was there, could be much improved and could be put more "up to date" with simple remedies. He came the next week again and spent 4 hours improving the insulation at a reasonable price. Max is a very nice young man from the Midwest. Lovely manners, a nice smile and very professional. I will definitely recommend him very very highly to others who need insulation services. 5 plus star rating!!
