I bought my Jetta from Marten's almost 5 years ago and have been consistently pleased with their service ever since. Now the new express service was a nice surprise - no appointment, and I got the oil changed, tires rotated, headlamp and air filter replaced - all in a jiffy (ha ha) while I waited. It's still a bit pricey, but the service express is cheaper than the regular service would have been, and I have peace of mind because they give my car a thorough checkup. Everyone is friendly. As usual, an excellent service visit. It was about 10 minutes from the time I drove up to the service lane to when I boarded the courtesy shuttle to the metro. The visit was for scheduled service which has kept my car running in tip top shape. 3/18/15: Marten's Volvo Service Center is deceptive and the worst place to be for a Volvo owner. I used them for many year when I owned a V70. But I left for the reason of bad feeling on their costs. This time, I brought my new Volvo car to Marten's Volvo for the brand warranty work. Upon learning I didn't purchase the car from them, they refused to honor the legitimate warranty work and lied to me about the cause of the warranty work. They demanded that I pay them for the work. Instead, I left and went to another official Volvo dealer. I was assured that the problem was a manufacture warranty work and it should have been taken care of, for free, in the first place at Marten's.
