Is it possible to give them negative stars??The woman in the office is rude and incompetent. I used their lot for monthly parking twice. They blame their system for the ridiculous stream of billing errors and unnecessary emails. Billed me twice for the same parking period, sent constant emails saying I didn't pay directly after a paid notice, and continue to bill monthly to this day! (Haven't parked there for 4 months!) You know your system is flawed...maybe fix it or check emails and bills before the system "hits send?" The lots I used was a mess, unpaved and they blocked off the exit so you had to wait for the stream of people not wanting to let you in in order to get out. Tag-B prices their lots SLIGHTLY cheaper than local alternatives to lure people in then promptly raised their prices. During non-commuter hours, they put cones in the entrance so get ready to hop out of the car to move those every time. There is no security in NW dc lots. Expect the same level of privacy as parking on the street but with a higher cost! And the occasional neighborhood party that occurs inside the lot, right next to your car! Only use their monthly parking if you're prepared to have at least 3 conversations with the woman at the office every time you try to make any transaction. Terrible business. Horrible customer service. Their ONLY redeeming quality is one very friendly attendant and I hope he's moved on to bigger and better by now.
