I had a clogged shower drain and Dama of Roto-Rooter took the time to explain the problem, what he was going to do, did it and then, explained the next steps --- a 6 month free guarantee if it happens again. It was a little bit more expensive than expected, but for the timeliness, quality, and communication ability it was worth it.

Khiang te was very professional and polite and explained the process clearly. The price for the service was higher than I thought it would be.

Technician Lal (#2036) was the epitome of a professional. Very consultative in the beginning, no pressure, with advice based on experience. I had a bathroom remodeled a week ago, and the installer did not install the toilet properly, thus, there was a slight water leak coming out from underneath the caulking at the base of the toilet.

Lal was quick to diagnose and left the decision up to me on what to do. Ended up removing and reinstalling the toilet...source of leak was found...and Lal was spot on with his diagnosis. Highly recommend Lal and Roto-Rooter - a job well done, and now I am worry-free about potential toilet leakage. Thank you!

Needed to get my storm drain snaked before a big rain storm. Called at 7am and Dama, the technician was at my door within 2 hours. He was polite, explained what he was going to do, then got to work. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Withholding a star because it seemed on the expensive side, but work is guaranteed and I needed them to come right away.

We experienced a clogged kitchen sink as a result of a problem 15 feet into the line. The Rotorooter service tec Ram Khiangte arrived within an hour on Super Bowl Sunday. He spent almost three hours with us and cleared the drain and pipe - he was very diligent and professional. Walked us through the process and the problem. More expensive than most plumbers, but the results were better, in my opinion.

David, Tech 2912, was on time, efficient, had to replace one of the biggest water pipes in my basement, and did an excellent job. I have an older home, so it took some time to saw the pipe and replace it with a PCV. I wasn't sure how it was going to be done, however, he assured me, as a professional, he knew exactly what to do and, when it was all done, I was the happiest person ever. No more leaks. Had a great experience with these guys. needed them to snake an exterior drain and replace the cover with a new drain cap. Joseph (#5423) was precisely on time, explained very well what he was going to do and what the charges would be. When an unexpected neighborhood power outage made it impossible to snake the drain on the original day of appointment, he offered to come back the next day at the time of my choosing, for no extra charge, to complete the work. great experience all around.

I had a plumbing issue, in the upper floor bathroom in my home, Called Roto Rooter, I had the drain snaked out, still was an issue Roto Rooter never hesitated to send out their professionals to get this problem resolved. The technician got here within 1.5 hours. Fixed our toilet quickly and was very nice and professional.

Technician arrived less than 2 hours after our initial call. Arrived right around the time that dispatch said he would. He quickly diagnosed and solved problem.

I had clogged underground drain pipes connected to the gutters. The clog caused the downspout to fill during heavy rains, which caused overflowing from the roof gutters. The technician Tin (2648) arrived within the window and gave a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The debris was fully unclogged. The technician was very friendly and did a great job! I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter and will certainly use them again!

Initially, I was really reluctant to use a chain service. I mean, when has a chain service ever been more personal or cheaper than your neighborhood tradesman? But then, I was surprised. Initially, I did pay a little more than I would have with my normal plumber, but my normal plumber didn't have the same equipment, high volume expertise, or a guarantee on their work. A few months after having RR come out, I had a similar issue and called them again. When we discovered that the issue was the same (a city pipe issue), which we hadn't filmed last time and I shouldn't have had to call RR for this time if a report had been filed initially, they decided they would refund my money. While I like my plumber, I don't think he would have taken the financial hit because he didn't give me the BEST service he could have the first time. RR also filed the report with the city on my behalf! On top of that, both service calls were completely professional, and most importantly respectful of my home. The second service technician we had, Dama Fanai (#1503) was beyond patient with us as we recalled the first issue and I stressed about having the same issue pop up again -- he showed us the video multiple times, drew diagrams, and really went above and beyond to make sure we understood what the problem was and how he was going to help. Now, I really can't imagine calling anyone else for my plumbing matters.
