Overall
Best Thai in town

Rice is my favorite Thai restaurant in DC. The decor is simple and soothing, and all attention has been paid to making the dining experience enjoyable. The food selection is broad and unusual, and seems to change frequently depending on seaons. I have never had a less than spectacular meal here, but their seafoods are my favorite. The side of rice is always a special treat -- flavored rice in varying hues. And be sure to try their special cocktails!
