        The Occidental Restaurant, founded in 1906, has long known as the "second most famous address on Pennsylvania Avenue." The high profile, destination restaurant is located around the corner from the White House and steps from local theaters. The Occidental's menu emphasizes a lighter cooking style and intense, bold flavors and includes a wide variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, a number of entrees and side dishes and a full compliment of desserts.
