Lending a helping hand and giving out smiles. Stopped by the leasing office for a self-guided co-living tour, my boyfriend is coming from overseas and needs a room. Beatty is amazing and caring. Pricing is decent and the pool is nice. I don't like the heavy traffic out front, the construction can make the area seem a lot busier than what it is but it's a great location with a lot to offer.

i toured here with my partner today, and to say we were blown away is an understatement. from the moment you enter, it is clear that the professionalism and polish of this place is top notch. we were helped out by Greg, who was able to provide us with every bit of information we asked for, yet also created a welcoming and lovely environment to search for our new home in. at the end of the tour, my partner and i genuinely could not think of anything more we could ask for in a living experience. we are so grateful for Greg’s hospitality, knowledge, and assistance in finding our new dream apartment!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Beatty for the outstanding assistance she provided in our apartment community's gym. As someone who values my workout routine, having well-maintained gym equipment is essential, and Beatty went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

I visited my daughter here and this place is beautiful. Everyone was amazing especially Dominique and the concierge Jhensy was very lovely.

From my initial building tour, application approval, lease signing to move-in, Greg Berry has been an extremely knowledgeable and helpful Sales and Marketing Associate. I love the i5's location to the metro. it's amenities, appliances and finishes. i5 is a great place to call home.

This building has a lot to offer! The amenities are great and the location is unbeatable. Beatty is fantastic and helpful. I like the pool table area and it's good they offer parking but it is limited. Pet friendly building but I am not a fan of pets. There is a Trader Joe's next door, with Union Market, and the metro is so close!

I wanted to thank Beatty for taking the time to help me with my lease agreement and renewal process. I have to make additional arrangements so its helpful to know what my options are for the future.
