Overall

The staff at this pharmacy are incompetent, rude, inconsistent and most of all, ignorant. The pharmacy manager talks to you like you are a child, they lost my prescription twice and blamed it on me, then they proceeded to hang up on me not once, not twice, but three times. I told the idiot speaking with me I thought he was stupid and his response was to yell down the phone at me and tell me I wasn't worth his time. When I called back to ask for his name in order to file a complaint, I was told to come in and look at their name tags. Save yourself the trouble, and just die rather than send your Rx to these buffoons.

Nice CVS

The staff here are slightly better than the staff in Dupont Circle. They'll at least respond when you say hello... and they'll say 'excuse me' when they're trying to get by you in the narrow aisles. This CVS has a pharmacy but you may be able to get cheaper meds from the Safeway pharmacy down the street... Call around.
