Recommend avoiding this company. They will dispatch someone to your home that cannot do the work and then expect you to pay after failing to perform the requested work (even though I clearly communicated the requirements of what must be done ahead of time) and when you try to express your dissatisfaction with this policy they will repeatedly put you off by not returning your call and then eventually (after about nine calls) ask you to stop calling. The billing department via Judian is very unprofessional.

A real life saver! My hard drive died suddenly and awfully. I was panicking because I couldn't find anyone who could tell me if I could save any info. The places I went to just told me it's cheaper to buy a new laptop and that it would take them months to even look into repairing it.Thankfully, Jeff not only made a house call to look at my laptop but he even brought a spare hard drive to put in while he sent mine off to a lab. His prices were far better than Best Buy and the other places I looked at. He was also super nice and patient. He held onto my drive when it was sent back to the lab until I was able to get a new hard drive to transfer everything onto it.

I really appreciated the quick response Julian made to take care of our problem.
He is well versed and can be trusted to do the job correctly.
I feel very confident he can take care of any computer problems I might have and I feel safe in recommending him to any of my friends.

Computer Geeks was an amazing resource! My hard drive got fried and I took it to 2 other places who said that my data was unrecoverable, not to mention they were all extremely expensive. Computer Geeks's pricing is beyond reasonable and fair, and the attention they paid on my hard drive was far better than any of those other places. They were able to recover my data and were extremely fast, courteous, and professional.

I love their housecall services and their business model -- they do a lot to make their customers happy -- and they go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with the service and products. I brought in my laptop that had a virus infect one of the files that runs the operating system on my computer. The guy at the repair place said that it would take about a day or two to get my machine back to me. Not having backed up my data for weeks I was panicked that Id lose data. The guys at Computer Geeks were able to fix my machine and managed not to loose any data.
