on my birthday that just pasted i treated myself to a full day at the spa, or as they called it the "works" this does not include hair and make-up i rather do that myself. The tech. (Miss Gail) who did my body polishing and body wrap she was wonderful a total professional nice. She work every knot out of my shoulders and back, i felt so relaxed. Then i moved on to the luch portion of the afternoon, i selected my lunch option which was the chicken with fruit and tomotoes. The lunch was pretty bad the spa picked it up from a local resturante the chicken was under cooked and the sprite was flat. My next step was in my facial the tech.( Mrs. Paris) she was really informative about my skin she told me that was dehyrdrated and when she was done my skin was radiant. My last step was to the nail tech. ( Ms. Carmen) the soaking bed was nice, and i decided to get a french menicure and pedicure ( which she did by hand) it was not the quality that i was hopeing for, but i did like the way she waxed by eyebrows. I felt wonderful when i left like a queen. All-in-All i would go back to see to get my body, face and eyebrows done. For the whole day i spend include a generious tip to each tech and the receptionist i dropped about $350.00.

Well folks, I would like to start by thanking the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine for providing such a great service in Natural Health, and to you Robert White. I recently twisted/extended my ankle in a sport activity while on vacation...Bummer! However, to my return to the District I decided to call the Institute to have my foot checked out and treated. I chose Robert White to evaluate it along with advice on how to treat the injury. Prior to seeing Robert I was limping and my ankle was rotated outward. After one treatment my ankle was alligned and I was walking straght. Robert is highly effective with his hands and knowledge of the body and muscle tissue. In closing I would recommend him to anyone who has muscle aches, pains, and/or just needing a massage from stress. Robert White is the Best Massage Therapist you need to see.
I was unable to get pregnant for two years and my medical doctors were unable to help. I then went in for an exam with Dr. Victoria Goldsten, ND at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine. She evaluated me based upon natural theories and treated me with homeopathic remedies. Within two months I was pregnant. I now have a bouncing baby boy. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't you should try the natural approach. It worked for me.Dr. Goldsten has had over 30 years of experience in health care. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff. I live in Maryland and it was not a problem getting to her office. It took me just 15 minutes from Bethesda.
I dropped by Masssage DCat the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine and I met Dr. Victoria Goldsten. I told her about a pain I was having from my hip down my leg. I had seen my MD and a chiropractor but I still needed help. Dr. Goldsten did a natural health care exam and recommended natural medicines for my nerves and she also recommended that I see Robert White for Orthopedic Massage. I decided to follow her recommendation and I am glad I did. Just after one treatment my pain was gone. When I do too much and my pain comes back I have a visit with Robert. He is great!!
I was having pain in my neck and back as well as numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. I did a search for alternative medicine and I found the Washington Institute of Natual Medicine. Wow what a great place. They have so many practitioners to choose from. I had a natural exam, acupuncture, acupresure, and massage. I feel so much better now. What I like about it is that I am working on healing my body and making improvements rather than taking pain pill that just treat the symptom. Try this place out if you are having pain. The facility is also very atractive.
Even though I am a geek and don't believe much unless I can see or touch it, I have to say the Washington Institute has made me a strong believer in the natural methods that they offer. Most recently, I have had neuro therapy on my back and find very little pain in doing the things I have always been doing. With that, I take an herb for arthritis in my fingers. This herb keeps the pain in my fingers away much longer than the pills prescribed to me by my arthritis doctor.
I have had several raindrop treatments and several acupressure sessions with Linda Khanzetian as well as a holistic consultation. The raindrop treatment was very relaxing. The smells of the essential oils was nice and the hot towels were excellent! She was able to help me with some pain I was having using a combination of Young Living essential oils, acupressure, and homeopathic remedies. I would recommend her to everyone."
the Best Colon Hydrotherapy Facility It has been a pleasure to receive such a treatment as a colonic in a professional environment. Every colonic that I have received until now was performed in the basement of someone’s home. I am glad that there is now a professional upscale facility designed to complement this holistic modality. It has made my experience more satisfying than could have ever imagined.
The Washington Institute of Natural Medicine has moved to a new larger location at: 5101 WISCONSIN AVE., N.W. #100 WASHINGTON, D.C. 20016 The facility has an updated facility with more treatment rooms and therapies.
