Margaret rented my furnished efficiency for me several years ago. She rented it for what I had rented it for unfurnished. When her tenant left, the furniture had been stolen. She refused to return my telephone calls or even a note I left on her desk. From this one experience, I believe she in unethical and unprofessional. She might have had an explanation, but her refusal to return my calls makes me doubt if she did.
They removed the old refrigerator and brought in the new refrigerator and set it up. The men were very careful about maneuvering through a narrow hallway, lifting it over my piano, and settling it in the kitchen. I was grateful for their respect of my furniture and really impressed how courteous they were.Nice front desk they had wonderful customer service skills.
I had a good experience here. I thought the value for the money was good. I liked that there was a 24 hour front desk, 24 hour emergency maintenance, my utilities were included and that there is a roof top deck. I was working on a 15 month contract and was happy with the place. Hope this helps!
Charming apartment. No real "community grounds", which is expected in the city... but its nice and I enjoy living here very much.
The apartment is located in the perfect location for both my work/social life. That was the most important aspect in finding an apartment. I expect to be here for at least another 2 years.
My name is Pat. I just love what The U-CAN Group provides for me as a customer. They provide high quality services and very professional attention to the detail of the customer. As they say, "We over promise on nothing, but Over Deliver on Customer Satisfaction!" They definitely do that very well. Thanks,Pat
A decent rate for an apartment so close to downtown, this building is excellent for those looking for an easy commute. A quiet community despite proximity to busy Thomas Circle. My studio was spacious and recent upgrades included paint, windows and a nice rooftop refurbishment.
This can't possibly be a real business, I'm personally shocked they exist at all. I had the worst experience ever with agent, May Khoury. The best part of dealing with her was when I didn't have to deal with her anymore. May Khoury was very unprofessional agent... It took me forever to set an appointment with her, when I finally met her she came without paper work. While at the apartment showing, she was so busy telling me about her personal life issues when she was supposed to convince me about the apartment! But I tried to be sympathetic and not interrupt!! All I was focused on is applying for the apartment that I liked. As much as I liked the apartment and really wanted to apply for it, May Khoury made sure to avoid me and give me attitude for no reason. I don't even know if that's legal!!!! But I know this is DISCRIMINATION and lucky her I don't hold any written proves to sue her!I was very upset and offended from her behavior.. And I was wondering why May Khoury was such a terrible person... So decided to call and talk to her manager. Of course the manager was never in the office and never called me back
Early this morning (2:38 AM - July 4), I required emergency maintenance service in my studio apartment. I was relieved to say that within 15 minutes of calling in my request - I was contacted; and had a service tech at my door a few hours later. Problem resolved and was able to enjoy the Fourth with my friends down at the Mall -- :)
I just moved back to DC after spending five years in Africa working with a NGO. I was happy to learn my previous landlord Steve Tsintolas had not retired and was was still in business. His firm offered me an apartment in the Brightwood neighborhood which had just been remodeled, and at a special reduced rate for the first year. I love my new place, it is clean, quite and I have great neighbors - many who have been living in the building for over 10 years... Glad to be back in DC
