Called this compnay out to look at my washer. I called them becsause their service chage fee was the cheapest I could find. They guy that came was (I hate to say this) so overweight and gross! He didn't even touch my washer, told me I needed a new conputer board and it would be $300+ to fix it. Paid the $35 fee for diagnosing (????) and couldn't get him out of my house fast enough! I guess you get what you pay for. I definatly learned my lesson.

They came out and "assessed" my drier without even touching. In stead of opening it up and actually diagnosing the problem they listened to what I told them was wrong and just said "oh, you need this part and it will be fixed", and "it will cost you about $220". That price came without a guarantee that the thing would work right after it was "fixed". That did not seem right to me so I wised up and called the Sears appliance repair. Sears came and fixed it for under $170 with a guarantee that if anything else broke they would come and fix it for free for the next 12 months.
They were very friendly when I called in and they made an appointment for me for the same day. The service was fast and easy. The charge for labor and the parts was also very reasonable if not also less than most other places. Also, they didn't include the trip charge since I got the job done. Not bad at all. I would definitely call them again.
