Still awful here. So outdated and no help. Receptionist is still INCREDIBLY rude. Didn't even seem to want to help me at all. I was never able to see a Dr.

Walked at 12:30, receptionist was extremely rude, said why are you here, the doctor needs to leave at 1. In didn't mean to in convince them with my bronchitis! They wouldn't see me. So much for the Hippocratic oath!

This place is just awful. I have not had a problem with any doctor but the receptionist is just rude. She should go back to school if she wants to tell someone what is a symptom verses a diagnosis. I work in the medical field.

I read revies on this facility before I went all but one negative but it was close to my home and I was in a lot of pain. I was the second at the door secretary, nures and DR were all late. secretary was nice nurse was rude Dr had a nice bedside manner. had X-rays done and was perscribed Tylenol with codiene for pain. after going home and taking half dose I had bad reaction to meds called to have meds switched DR WOULD NOT perscribe me a new med???? was told I would have to go see another physician because I did not disclose that the codeine would make me sick before I left.......was flat out told no we can not help you follow up with an orthopedic??? I work in a Dr office and have never seen anyone treated this way! was told the DR does not usually perscribe pain meds really because this is an urgent care....???? completely blown away by the disregaurd for PEOPLE! WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE?????
