I purchased two vehicles from Ben on 2/3/18. One for my wife and one for me. Honestly this has been one of the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Ben was very understandable and understood our financial needs. I did have a small slight problem not with the purchase of the car but the detail of my vehicle. I notice it was half done detail. I had mentioned to my salesman Ben and explained what I notice. He was very helpful and said let me talk to my manager Chip. He had gotten back to me and agreed to detail my car for me again at no charge. I have since picked up my vehicle and impressed with the service. I would highly recommend seeing Ben if you are looking for a new car or even trying to lower your monthly payments.
I just purchased a beautiful IS 250. This was my first visit to this dealer and I expected it to be like any other dealership and I prepared for the pain I would experience in trying to deal with the salesman. When I walked in, I quickly determined it was not the typical dealership. James Ferreira greeted me with a firm handshake and a big hello. Throughout the entire purchase process Jim was there to assist and was never pushy, didn't ask unnecessary questions and listened to what I wanted. This is the first place that anyone should visit and then you will eliminate the headache that accompanies purchasing a car.
CAUTION!!DRIVE RIGHT BY THESE CROOKS!!!! They Sold me a vehicle that wasn't even supposed to pass safety inspection and put a sticker on it anyways. They had told me 3 times over the next 2 months including the day after I bought it was a drive shaft issue (not safety related) and not to drive fast. After bringing the vehicle to another dealer I was told it was 2 ball joints and a wheel bearing for a meager $2000. They knowingly sold me a lemon and have been nothing but liars and rude with every dealing. I can't believe a dealership this big would risk there reputation on 1 car but apparently they do it all the time. Do your self a favor and drive to another infiniti dealer and spend your hard money there don't be swindled by Infiniti of Warwick like I was. They obviously do not care for your families safety after pen is to paper...
alaska the salesperson was awesome and kind...but offered 500 under asking price and was told No then the sales manager raised the price on the car and wouldn't even shake my hand or come out and say goodbye when I left..pretty ignorant! !!
Poor salesmanship. Rude personnel, and high minded Wished to test drive a vehicle and the sales person would not allow me to drive over 45 miles per hour. Furthermore, I was treated as just another person. Salesman did not explain anything about the vehicle, but only rushed me to his desk to draw up a sales agreement. I have a show vehicle which was the lead vehicle in the motorcade in Lansing, Michigan at the 100th Anniversary Oldsmobile Celebration in 1997. One would think that I might be driving the 2013 Dodge Challenger too fast. In addition to this, Bald Hill Dodge did not honor the $25.00 gift card I was to receive upon test driving the vehicle. I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Challenger Sxt Plus elsewhere, with more options, and at a much lower price. Beware of the snakes in the grass. By the way, the salesman rode with me for the test drive, apparently feeling that I was not able to drive alone. I only drove to Bald Hill Dodge with my show vehicle, and parked at the front door. When I purchased at another Dodge dealer, the salesman said, "Here's the keys, take the car for a ride". They placed plates on the vehicle and moved back inside. No cares, or worries as to how I may treat the vehicle. "Trust" is the key word which Bald Hill Dodge doesn't have in their vocabulary.
