First off, I apologize to the customers in the office when I blew up at the owner. I let my temper get the best of me and lowered myself to his level. I got new tires and they messed up my sensor. After going back almost daily (for almost 2 weeks) insisting they had tweaked it, Shawn finally checked it and admitted there was a problem. He also disrespected and tried to intimidate me at each visit. Bring it back in and they would fix it he said. I was wrong to wait so long but just driving by made me sick to my stomach. I went in last week and again he tried to intimidate me, refusing they made a mistake. I also spoke to the owner. He's even worse, he proceeded to tell me they never break anything and he hates his customers and people in this town because of his business. They never break anything and it's probably just the battery. Come in next week. Today I went in and Steve Pickens walks up to me, shoves his finger in my face and says "This is how it's going to be. If it's a battery it's on you!" I told him no, you said you'd fix it. He says "See here, let me tell you". At that point, I'm sorry I lost it. What kind of customer service is that. What owner of a small business tells a customer he hates all his customers. I was furious, I have never been so disrespected. I left with a horrible attitude. And the owner, and mechanics all stood out there as I left with smirks on their faces. I will now have to pay to have this fixed, which is fine with me. I wouldn't trust them to work on my vehicle. I'd be to afraid of them sabotaging something. So when you go there, those of you who have used this company for years. Know Steve Pickins has no respect for you, nor does he like you.

Benton County Tire has been my car's best friend since I moved back to Warsaw over 11 years ago. I have purchased tires there for me and for my daughter there and was very happy with the service and the price. I purchased a new car over 2 years ago and had it serviced after 3000 miles. I only have 5200 miles on the car but thought that since it was over a year since it was last serviced that I should have it done. Yesterday was a Tuesday and I went in for service. They were not very busy but checked out the car and came back with my keys and said I didn't need any service. I know they are good honest people in there but I was shocked to leave with the money I came with. I can't say enough nice things about this business.
