Can only pay your auto loan online via electronic check. If you call the number to try to pay by debit card, they will only run it as a cash advance, incurring fees. Also, the FIRST time we went to make a vehicle payment (which, again, we had to call in and they would only run as a cash advance), the teller charged 100 more than our loan payment was, then reversed the charge. Then told us that we would have to call it back in tomorrow because she can't re-run it today. Lousy customer service. All of the loans I've had in my life, and NEVER have I had any financial institution run it only as a cash advance. I do not trust them now, and we haven't even technically made our first payment yet. Since we have to call it BACK in tomorrow because she overcharged our account.
