no hard sell. jose was easy going but also very helpful. i love my new nissan. He helped me get the rental car returned, went over the features, and helped to set some of the features up.
This company needs to learn how to use customer service when dealing with customers, I bought a car from these people and they where so in a hurry to get me to sign paper work and out the door they did not bother to explain anything on the paper work or take the time to see if I had questions, they rolled over a gap insurance coverage I had coming back for a rebate into my new car without telling or explaining this to me.. I will never go there again, either will my family members. We bought three brand new cars within one week and there was no good business there are all. Justin and Jessie the finance mangers are more concerned about making a deal than making their customer happy. Please beware of what you are signing if you buy a car here.
The salesman at The Car Company was dedicated to finding what I was looking for and very helpful. He didn't try to push me into getting something I wasn't interested in. I am very pleased with my visit and will go back in the future for sure.

We have purchased several cars from this dealer. They have always been friendly, friendly, helpful and fair. I drive an itsy bitsy fiesta I bought used from them; last week they saved me having to have a new key made, which I really appreciated.
Worst car buying experience EVER! After negotiating on the price they sent my bank over the sales order or whatever and it was $800 more than we negotiated. I called them up and they argued with me that that was what we agreed on. No, it wasn't. I was already excited to get the Jeep so I said I'd pay it but refused to work with that salesman (Dave Salla) because I felt he was screwing me over. Went down with the check and did the final inspection on the Jeep. It has a front bumper with locking storage compartments but no keys. I asked about keys and was told they didn't have them and I would have to contact a locksmith and have some made, which I have to pay for. I asked about a spare key because they only have me one and they said I had to buy one myself. Then I didnt even get a hand shake, a have a nice day, nothing when we left. When I spend $30 grand on a vehicle it should at least come with some keys. I'd think it would come with more than a quarter tank of gas also. Love my Jeep but wouldn't send my worst enemy to Warsaw buick gmc. Oh and if you go in to look at a vehicle, hold onto your keys, they will hold them hostage so you can't leave! I could go on and on but I'll just leave it at that.
