I would have to agree with about the service it is terrible! We have had nothing but problems with getting automatic fill. We are on the schedule for automatic fill but it has only happen a couple times. When you call they always give lame excuses. We are a business "fire department"
I don't know how you stay in business with your lack of concern for your customers. Maybe as a residential customer I don't rate the service you provide to commercial customers, but it seems an answer to a voice mail would not be too much effort. I tried the automatic service, but got tired of paying service calls for filling my tank when it was at 75%, now I am on Will-Call, but you don't answer the phone, and don't return voice mail. I have noticed a lot of my neighbors are digging up their AmeriGas tanks and replacing them with Holtzman tanks. I will ask them if Holtzman has any better service.
