The quality of service that I receive from First Care is second to none. Their compassionate care through orthotics expertise has given me the much needed hope and normalcy in my life. Mr. Hasan and his team are great guys and if I know anyone who needs a back brace or any other devices they provide I will certainly send their way.

My son and daughter wanted me to get evaluated for orthotics as I have a hard time getting shoes to fit that are also comfortable. We went to Firstcare Orthopaetics and I had a very good experience there. First they evaluated me and decided what my problems were. They took impressions of my feet and made suggestions of some special shoes that might accommodate my feet better. Once the orthotics came and were inserted into the special shoes that I ordered I found a marked improvement in the way I walked, the way my feet felt and I think my posture has even improved. I am 89 years old and this was a new experience for me and I am so happy that I got fitted for these shoes and inserts. I would highly recommend Firstcare to anyone.as I am a very satisfied customer.

I have been wearing an orthodic device for my leg for 22 years and have only been satisfied with one brace company which closed the doors in Chicago about 7 years ago. I moved to the Alexandria area in Virginia about 4 years ago and was very pleased to hear from my othropedic Dr around the reston/sterling area about a company who recently opened and had a space where they do their own work on braces. I did some research and found out they also accept my insurance so I called and made an appointment and am very satisfied I made that call. I went to the office and explained the problems I was having and all my questions was answered the drive was a little long but the service was well worth it. I talked a while with a few of the workers there and they made me feel relaxed and confident my overall experience with the company was fantastic. P.S. the office is beautiful very good taste for the area they are in. I will be a life long patient of theirs and refer patients to them and the doctors I see are satisfied as well.
