Came here to look at a vehicle that was on the lot. My husband is looking at 2 of the same cars, just different colors. It was a white one and a silver one that he showed interest in. As my husband is looking at the silver one, this man approaches him and tells him a little about the cars. My husband then says that he kind if likes the white one better. The man responds by saying "well just don't look at it" talking about the silver car. Yeah, because I'm really gonna buy a car that I wont look at every day when I get in it to go to work. Ohhhhkay. So then we walk back over to the white car (has higher mileage) than the silver. My husband says well it does have a little bit high mileage. Its a 2015 lexus is250 with 30,000 wanting $30k. Mind you, brand new ones cost $45k. The man responds by saying "well how do you figure that? People put 20,000 miles a year on a car." Last time I checked they put 12k average. So my husband reiterated that it's a little bit high mileage to see if there could have been any flexibility with the price and the man just was like "okay man, well try and find it somewhere else" and walked away rude as hell bavk into the office. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM! Dealerships like this are the reason we try and stay away from because all us consumers are is a number. They don't care about you, all they want is the sale. If you're not seeming like you're going to buy a car right there and then with no questions asked, then they want nothing to do with you. And they don't inform people of the issues the car may carry. They just cover it up with a "warranty" that doesn't even cover half the problems the car potentially has after leaving the lot. Now yes, it is a used car but damn, I have seen too many people getting screwed over by dealerships like this to where their car is on the brink of breaking down within 3 months after buying it and having to turn around and buy another vehicle right after. I don't usually write reviews, but damn I have NEVER felt so disrespected when looking at a car to buy.

Greg Freeman is by far the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. He made the buying process simple and pain free. Adam was equally as great and made the deal happen. I'd highly recommend to buy your vehicle from here. Other dealerships I've been to before locally have terrible customer service practice and I do not ever want to deal with that. My wife loves her Traverse LTZ and I love the deal I got that fits our wants and needs. Definitely coming back!!
First time Chevrolet owner. Sent an email out to all Chevrolet dealers around my area back in August to pre-order the 2016 Camaro and never received a response back and when I did they knew nothing. Ben Greer of Country Chevrolet responded right away and was more than happy to place my order. From start to finish he went above and beyond escalating issues, following up, and keeping me updated. He was even helping me on his days off! Ben was a fantastic man to work with throughout the entire 3.5 months. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish, no games at all whatsoever, all thanks to him and Country Chevrolet's word.Had no issues with finance and service was extremely helpful as well. I had my oil changed. It was a good experience. They provided me with a loaner car, as requested with no questions asked. My car was ready by the end of the day. I would take my car back there. I purchased my vehicle from Country Chevrolet and I so far have been satisfied with them.
I bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic new 3 years go from Randy. I had a defective windshield only months after purchasing the vehicle, and engine parts recalled. About 3 weeks ago my engine light was coming on and off. I notified corporate chevy about this, and scheduled an appointment for a free check at country chevy. My car only has 39,000 miles on it, so I was very confused as to why this light would be coming on. I then proceeded to drop my car off, and was put into a loaner. A few days later, I received a phone call that my car had a defective crank shaft was being replaced by my powertrain warrantee. Also, I had heater hoses that where leaking fluid that would NOT be covered under warranty as my bumper to bumper coverage expired March of this year. After argueing on the phone with corporate chevy they where only willing to negotiate half the cost of the heater hose replacement. Corporate chevy also claims that country chevy told them it was my exhaust that needed replacing and not my crank shaft. I believe country chevy lied to the corporate office to cover their butts. When i went to pick up my car they would only give me a receipt for my heater hoses being replaced since "that was all i had to pay for." my opinion, this vehicle should never have been placed on the sale lot giving the defective crank shaft which is a major engine component. This not only jeopardized my safety, but everyone else on the road. I also believe that hoses should not be leaking in a relatively new car with the low mileage it has. Country Chevy is a very deceitful, shady place. Will never buy or take my vehicle for service there again.
Never met this Ben guy but, I find it hard to believe he could be any better than Brian Hall! Go Country, be HAPPY!
Who in the he'll do you call to make the payments on the vehicle you have because car credit select is not answering there phone haven't all week I don't even know who to call and my tags expired as well I need the number to who I'm suppose to be paying and I'm already having issues to power steering pressure lines leaking and the electrical fan isn't working so I have to drive with the damn heat on so it doesn't over heat but can someone please give me a number so I know who I have to pay thanks
Country Chevrolet has the most helpful and courteous staff that ive encountered at a car dealership. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family!
