I'd give them zero stars if I could. They claim my package was "Received in Bad Condition" when it was actually delivered by the company itself (incredibly well-known and reputable retailer). We had ordered 60 invitations, received a handful of them and they look like they were run over by a bus - oddly enough all of the envelopes and packing slips were still in the box. So now, our personal information is floating around God knows where. We were going to be ordering wedding invitations from the same company but I'll be damned if we do that now - considering they would never make it here if they go through this facility. Their direct phone number doesn't work, and based on 100% of the reviews I could find about this location - it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I honestly do not understand how they are still in operation. 25 years I've been ordering packages and they've been processed and delivered through USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx, and NEVER have I had such an experience. Obviously this facility needs a full-time babysitter or needs to be held accountable, because this s*** is appalling.
Unfortunately, due to my location, a good deal of my packages are funneled through this facility. It is the only USPS facility I have lost, had destroyed, delayed, and incorrectly routed numerous packages that have been shipped to and from myself. i REFUSE TO GIVE THEM EVEN 1 STAR THEY SUCK. I have had nothing but trouble with this postal service office. You can never talk to a person or ever get any answer from them. This needs to be fixed I don't understand how they are allowed to mess with people's mail the way they do. This is ridiculous. I have customer who are furious with me because they are not getting their packages. I currently have a package sitting there sense May 11, and I can not even speak with a person who is willing to even help. they don't answer their phone. FIX IT PLEASE.
I live about 25 minutes from the Warrendale location. My package departed that facility on saturday night and I expected it to arrive monday or tuesday. The next update I received was on wednesday saying it was being processed through Warrendale again. Then on thursday it was in Pittsburgh... the opposite direction from my house. It has already been several days past when it should have been delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last.
I experienced the same problem many have written about here. My packaged was held up for 9 days in Warrendale. It's worth the time to call the USPS Toll Free Number and wait (could be as long as 1/2 hour) to file a case. I filed a case and my package moved out of Warrendale in 2 business days and it finally arrived two days ago.
Their phone number doesn't work and the USPS toll free is over an hour wait (imagine that). A package was forwarded to these idiots by accident and it's been 6 days with no update....probably just sitting there because they're too stupid to know what to do next. This is a computer system that fu**s up more than if a person handled it......probably scripted into the code on purpose. USPS sucks more than ever.....the constant price increases exactly match the downward service. This company needs an enema to get rid of the idiots running it.
My name is Gary, and I'm from Dennison Ohio, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to me last Saturday from Warrendales Post Office, and they still never sent it o uhh t, and when I tried to call I never got an answer from them. I think that that all should be fired and get new people in there that will do the job the right way.
I'm having a baby and my mom sewed the curtains and crib skirt. The package is lost just like every other package that goes through the terrible facility. When you call, you get no answers about what is going on all day. Exactly what do the people that work there all day do? They can't answer questions and packages are always lost or "in transit." Maybe some new management needs put in place.
I have no idea why their allowed to do this. Sent my son a package on the 9th and it supposedly left there but fell off the radar since. Theres no explanation for the mass number of items lost after going to this facility. I got signature confirmation so i didnt nearly get the proper insurance to cover the contents thinking if anything it would arrive late instead of not at all. Theyre stealing and obviously no one cares about it.
