I recently went into the store to have my phone repaired. I was advised it was not worth fixing and sold a new phone. I was told by the saleman that I was entitled to a FREE tablet. But what he did not tell me was that I was being charged an activation fee and a monthly fee for 2 years. I was not given anything to read first and signed an electronic form that I was told was the fee for my case for my cell phone. When I got my next bill I discovered the charges. I called sprint and was told to return the device since I was lied to. I returned it and was told that the salesman no longer works there and it was more than 14 days so they could not take it back. I called sprint and was told I could cancel it but it cost me $200 to cancel the contract. LIES BY OMMISSIONS and dishonesty have not scored any points with me. I was told the saleman no longer works there. I wonder why? As soon as I can I will be moving my 5 lines from Sprint. By the way, I did not get me bill within the 14 days to return the device. HOW CONVENIENT for sprint.
