        Overall

        Attorney Sopkivich represented me recently and did little to nothing to benefit my circumstance and custody battle. Not only did she misrepresent me but she also made me appear to the court as a questionable care taker. All the while lying to my face telling me she was defending me. She has a track record you can look up of past bad behavior. She was found guilty of taking funds/assets from clients or a client. She was disbarred for two years for this. Please look into all your attorney's background as much as you can. I didn't and found a snake in the grass and paying for it greatly luckily with the guidance of a new attorney.

        Take my advice and dont ever hire Carol A. Sopkivich she is only after money and cares not an ounce about her clients...just how fat their check books are.
