Great atmosphere here! Staff always makes us feel good when we walk in as well as the other members. They have all ages and fitness levels there which was made us feel more comfortable right off the bat. My mother will be joining under her Silver Sneakers membership to start taking the Silver Sneakers classes they have. They also have very helpful/knowledgeable staff and personal trainers available if you need any extra help or just shown how to use a machine correctly. The heavy weights and advanced equipment is separated from the main gym where the machines and cardio equipment is. They also have some Pro's and bodybuilding/powerlifting competitors there which I thought was pretty cool. All in all I enjoy coming to the gym, the atmosphere makes me actually not dread working out. Only thing I noticed is sometimes the towels they provide run low until they get a chance to finish the laundry lol

Female -staff worker- at front desk: disrespectful, sarcastic, and incompetent; high school attitude. On her alone, I can express more thoughts, but I want to behave my self.



The guy, I guess he is the owner, or run\manages the place. His name is Bill, he did quite all right, when it came to focus, and supplying half decent answers; his physical condition was professional, that is rare in concerns to trainers & managers in the field! In Ohio- my experience, I run into people in the occupation of personal training-exercise physiology that work within a gym, but fail to stay in shape; that is fine, but do not provide services on the subject! With that said- Global health & fitness, Bill M- he does not make up for everyone; I express, failure to provide essences= proper guidance & care. My ideal & theory is this, if the staff is incompetent, failure to provide will show on all counts.



My advice, if you're a active bodybuilder, weightlifter, and out to find a gym with a professional staff? The place I am detailing on is not the positive definition!



By far, a gym with professional staff is most difficult to find! I find, if the gym owner & staff are professional, they will produce a great environment- too. I think people who purchase memberships deserve it! About me, I started physical training 10 years ago, I know my stuff! My objective, I want to give my opinion & honest thoughts; I want to help people find real professionals!



I conclude,

The people working out at Global health & fitness were worth the trip! Very respectful! Bill M should hire the people working out at the gym; they deem positive qualities. I think the staff need & should take notes and improve.

Also, people of my nature are always out to find a great gym with positive atmosphere, and that is a goal of mine. A professional staff is a must for me! I do not tolerate disrespect, I will not conform nor promote low-grade-people, and their creations.
