WORST SERVICE EVER AT A MCDONALS!!!! WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH OCT 18TH ABOUT 10:15PM. SIMPLE ORDER -- DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER PLAIN MED. FRIES. PAID GOT MY ORDER DECIDED TO CHECK THE BURGER AFTER I LEFT THE WINDOW ( MY FIRST MISTAKE) HAD EVERY THING ON IT, DROVE BACK THROUGH GAVE THEM BACK THE BURGER TOLD HER I ORDERED IT PLAIN.( DIDN'T EVEN GET AN I'M SORRY) SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER BAG. I DROVE OUT TO THE RED LIGHT DECIDED TO CHECK IT (MY SECOND MISTAKE) GUESS WHAT SAME THING COULD OF BEEN THE SAME BURGER. TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK, THIS TIME THERE WAS A LINE, BUT I NOTICED HER LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND SHE SAW ME. ALMOST 10 MIN LATER I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND TOLD HER I DID NOT THINK THIS WAS FUNNY. NOW SHE SAYS SHE SORRY BUT IT WASN'T HER FAULT, ANOTHER WOMAN CAME TO THE WINDOW (I THINK THE MANAGER ON DUTY) SHE SAID SORRY BUT I GAVE YOU 2 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS AND ANOTHER MED. FRY. IF I WANTED 2 I WOULD HAVE ORDERED 2. SHE DID ME NO FAVORS BY THAT. ALSO WITH THE TROUBLE I HAD THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS EATING THEM (I WAS AFRAID OF WHAT THE COULD OF DONE TO THEM.) I WISH NOW I WOULD OF TOLD THEM JUST TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AND FORGET THE WHOLE THING.

I come there at night an my order is always messed up. The sweet tea is never sweet or my food is cold an I have never one time said something about it because me myself has work at McDonalds for 3 1/2 years so I know people make mistakes. But I after about 20 times in the past year is not a mistake anymore its lazy an lack of management. They do don't care not one bit. The midnight manager dose not ever smile nor help the others she just keeps stocking. She's real rude
Worst mcdonalds i have been to in my life... I live in an area wich has 3 of these diners fairly close, but this one being being the closest i have tended to visit this one over the past 30 years of being in this area. Every time i visit in the last couple years (since it was rebuilt) the service has been substandard. IF,IF,IF you get what was ordered it is either missing something or its VERY sloppy. I would rather drive the extra milage and time to visit one of the others. And their food doesnt look and taste like its been sitting for hours. Im not the type to complain even when my order is messed up or missing things, but when its a usual thing i had to call, and got attitude over the phone, after i asked for a manager the girl put the phone down then proceded to mock me...... The manager apologized, and i was told that my order would be replaced just to come in and give my name... 3 days later i was told by another manager it was not recorded and without proof i was sol..........good luck, with this establishment, your experience is either hit or miss, and i cant strain enough to be sure to get your receipt.
Went through the drive through last night. The woman taking our order was incredibly rude right from the start. After being told their headsets were faulty and I had to reorder I was cut off and talked over while ordering. She barely looked at me as she took my money and practically shoved my food at me. Normally I wouldn't care about crappy service at a fast food restaurant but my girlfriend caught food poisoning and possibly e. coli. Absolutely disgusting. Never returning to this location and probably not eating at a McDonalds for a while after all this.
They stopped severing food Cuz there manger was sick , must b nice to get paid to do nothing
Went in store at 11:00 am, order a meal for $8.50. Handed cashier a $20.00 bill she opens draw then asks manager for $10.00s cause she only has $1.00s in draw manager says that's all we have I said well I do not want 11 $1.00 bills give my $20.00 bill back and I'll use my card , cashier says can't that will mess up my drawer. I said I do not care I do not want all those $1.00 bills she turns to manager and says now what. Manager says why. I sternly repeated I do not want 11 $1.00 bills. Manager says calm down. I said excuse me. Terrible customer service I'll never go back thee again.
Subway, wish the food was fresh like advertised! That is a Corporate issue. Today when I went into the store it was packed. Line to the door. One employee decides to empty the cash register and count the drawer. Wtf!?!? Why was she in a hurry to leave, I don't know what was going on but it was ridiculous. The woman empting the drawer was also loud, rude and yelling at the customer. The other two woman had it together at least. No one could get rang out a couple people left because of the chaos in that place. Two employees apologizing to people and making subs but we cant leave because the cash register girl.
