Do not trust this company with your vehicle. They ran my truck into something and dented the bumper, and botched the installation of my pick up topper as well. When I brought the truck back so that they could remedy their mistakes, they put two new dings in the side of my truck! They refused to submit a damage claim to their insurance company because the incidents were not captured by their security camera which was one grainy black and white shot from 30 feet away. Obviously security cameras are not intended for this purpose and do not exonerate them from responsibility. Now I am on the hook for $1100.00 in damages to my truck. These people are irresponsible in handling vehicles and unskilled at installing accessories. Avoid this business!

Usually I don't give this much review about installer but because these guys gave me a really hard time I decided to write my review about remote start viper 5607v experience on Dec-11-2014 :-Pros:Before installing, Jeff was a very respectful and promised that I will get the best service with life time warranty.Cons:1. I received my car filled with cigarettes smoke smell, took me 2 full days to get rid from smell with open doors and windows .2-The place itself is so dirty plus all the place smell stacked with smoke-filled in addition the fans and heating system ventilations are badly dirty.3-Although, I gave a checklist containing all the programming that I needed and I paid for them. I didn't not receive the services that it should be. ( promised that the car wouldn't turn off after unlock it. So, I can drive it while it is running on remote start per my check list ) 4-The trunk wouldn't open and lift off like it should be. 5- I was calling them for 2 months now talked to Dakota and Jeff more than 10 times . All what I had been told that they are so busy and they can't even see my car .6-As I'm a car Geek and used to customized clusters and install Car GPs. I left 2 connected wires unused for small led's above driver pedals. When I received my car after installing remote start I noticed that he connected these two wire which leads to burn front panel fuse and took me 3 hours to figure it out .7- On Jan-31-2015 I went to the shop and I talked to Brain tried to fix my trunk and programming error in number 3 above. He threatened me that he will call 911 because I left rude comment on their page on FB.My Advice choose somewhere else to install your remote start I never ever see tricky people like them .
This company is anything but spectacular or reliable. I would never recommend anyone to use them due to their poor customer service. I had a cube truck that had a lighting problem, clearly stated we wanted power from the existing fan to operate a new light and abandon fan in place, the technician took it as the fan and the light to run at the same time. When I called to say there as misunderstanding, they were defensive and put all the blame, on me, the customer. This is truly a poor lack in customer relations. Instead of coming to common solution, they said "why don't you try going someplace else" So if you need warranty service or service after the sale, this is not the company to use!!!

Auto and Truck Accessories does a great job! I came in for a remote starter. They installed the starter; however, an issue raised with my key due to reprogramming. Auto and Truck Accessories handled and solved the issue very well - with no hassle. I will definitely recommend them to others who need their services!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have done business with Auto and Truck for the last 9 years. I can tell you I have always been Very Happy with their work. Their customer service goes above any place I have ever been to. I will always bring my vehicles to them. The owner is a woman and hooray for women owning a place like this. She goes out of her way for me all the time.Very cheerful and warm.
Ok Ron, I know you just wrote that about me because you are mad at me personally. That is not nice to try and degrade me and my company. You know we have the best Customer Service and my staff and I would do everything we can to make our customers happy. That is so IMMATURE of you. Not Stop!!!
