HORRIBLE! I am incredibly disappointed with our service. The food is not real Thai food, the chicken was undercooked and the pad Thai had the sauce of stroganoff! I told them I didn't like my chicken satay and the waitress didn't offer me anything different, just took my plate away. When I received my bill I saw that it was still on there. I asked why I was still being charged even after only taking 2 bites of food. She kept running back to the kitchen who I assumed was the owner. She then said i could have $2 ofd my food. Finally the owner came to the register furious saying that I have to pay for it no matter what and told me their food isn't like anyone else and that I can't compare. I explained to her that I was not offered anything different and was honest that their food was not good. She then made a huge scene saying that I am on camera, told her waitress to remember my face and that I was to never return. She brought back my plate of food and threw it at me on the counter saying she has to waste this food and that I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. She went back to the kitchen furious. I assumed that I wasn't going to pay for the satay. The waitress then recalculated and it was still the same price. I then asked her, am I still being charged after being publicly shamed and banned from this place?! And she said yes. And they didn't give me the 2 dollars off that was originally offered in the beginning! I paid, defeated and shocked that this even happened. I never complain and have never had to go to this extent of explaining why I did not like there food. HORRIBLE.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, you get a big portion of food, plus soup and egg roll. The spice is just right and the service is great! try it!
