        Very very very irresponsible. It took him three days to take an order and confirm the graphics goes to trophy and medals. When one of his employee confirm the graphics, next day he said again, well I do understand it and cancel my order.
        It put my whole tournament in jeopardy. I may have to play the tournament without prizes.
        Very irresponsible.
