Horrible horrible service!!! Worse dentist in town! I made anappointment for cleaning and X-rays when I got there I was told I couldn't be seen without my insurance card... I had forgotten my card .. I rescheduled for later that week. My cousin was with me we made an apt for same time luckily he had his insurance card.. (Usually they just look it up in the system) so I rescheduled the receptionist named Jennifer is very rude doesn't greet customers! Talks with an attitude.. I tried to call my insurance company and have fax my insurance over which dentist office agreed to then told me no they can't take a copy!! Who says ok u can get a copy faxed to us and then comes up to u later while you are conversating with your insurance company, and says no u can have a copy sent. I cancelled my upcoming apt and told myself I don't want to come to this place. Later, after steven left his appt I had called there to speak to the manager and reschedule and not deal with Jennifer the rude receptionist when Jennifer answered the phone she asked who I was and remembered me asked if I was just here with Steven I said yes and I asked her about setting up an apt with the dentist and ask to speak with upper management, she insisted on scheduling me with Steven and Steven my cuz was not coming back for another 2 weeks!! I had already told her I needed one as soon as possible! She then hung up on me!!! I had called back and someone else answered and I asked for the manager and the manager was not welcoming at all. She had no remorse no sympathy for her employees doing and didn't even apologize. I asked to speak to the owner of the building and she started to argue with me about how she handles these matters and I had asked again to speak to the main owner dentist in charge. She took my information down and called me back and told me she couldn't get in touch of anyone and to not call back at the office or they will call the police on me! Unbelievable!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTIST THE WORSE DENTIST OFFICE EVER

Dr Shawn Nguyen is A great dentist. Seen him and he did a wonderful job filling 3 teeth with one close to being root canal. Great job avoiding the pain for me. Last dentist had my tooth hurting for two weeks.. Advised me of everything I needed to know.. Very nice and comforting.. Thank you

i will not go to this place the dentists told me i needed a crown it was going to cost me $850 before i did anything i got a 2nd opinion and i did not need one

I found this place on line. the staff and dentist was super nice, she was so nice in fact I mistook her for the assistant. She gave me every option I had and was fast and efficient and VERY very careful when I was in pain.

the dentist was able to get my tooth out with no pain and made me happy. it didn't want to get a replacement at the moment, but they did give me the options for it. i really just wanted the pain gone the tooth was creating. the staff and dentists are great, if i do get the tooth replaced i will go here to get it done.

A friend recommend Dr Torab and the extremely nice gal that cleans teeth for our children. My friend said that Kara was very patient and able to keep children calm for cleanings. Our children are threee and five years old and probably should go to a dentist that specializes in child dentistry, but we were unable to find such specialist that would bill to our insurance, OR have reasonable fees. Dental reflections does bill directly to our insurance company and has an amazing dental staff. They were able to keep them calm and even let me go in the room with the kids! Just being in the room with them helped out a bunch. I can say that they really know what they are doing, she was constantly asking the kids questions if there was any pain, if they were ok and how they were feeling. Best staff ever. We will refer and be back.

we have been going to this office for 2 years now and have always had good experiences with the staff and dentists. the dentists have always been pretty straight forward with recommended procedures. i appreciate that they show us the xrays and images of the things that are going on in our mouths before we get the work done. i do trust Dr K and think very highly of him, but it feels reasuring to see whats goign on. I think thats one thing every dentist should do, its like showing you the carfax you know. i recommend this office for anything dental, they have their business together and have always treated us well. the office manager is a really great lady and has helped us out tremendously. everynow and then it seems like our insurance company gets a litty lazy with the paper work, but Melissa has been there to straighten everything out for us. like i said, we have always had great experiences here.

Thanks for fixing my teeth up for me. My crown looks real, it works great and I have't had any problems with it. Dr Parhiz really did a good job on this crown, and made me feel like getting it was the right choice and a good choice. Now if I could just get some of these upper teeth straightened i'll be good to go!

The dentists, hygienists and staff at this office are great people. My teeth were starting to get a little yellow so I asked about the best whitening options. They told me about zoom whitening and the special they were running on it. I agreed to try it out and my teeth came out nice and white. That stuff must be what actors use because it is really good. I don't think I am going to go back to the expensive whiting strips anymore. They really didn't produce that good a result compared to zoom. It also took a lot longer to get them white with the strips. The procedure was comfortable and really fast. I think I was in the office for no more than an hour for everything.

I agree with you, this place gives me the creeps! Also, last time I was there I went for a cleaning and a regular filling for a cavity, well I ended up waiting an hour in the waiting room before I was called in to have my teeth cleaned, then they had me go back into the waiting room before they could give me the filling...so i wait for like another 2 hours...I then finally go back into the room and the dentist has his assistant (who doesn't look a day over 13 by the way), take me to a DIFFERENT dentist office across the street because they didn't have the "right" tools....for a regular filling!! so after walking across the street with this "assistant", the other office tell me they're closing and they can't fill my cavity.....now I have to go back to sunrise dental and I am pissed off so I decided to leave, seemed like noone gave a crap what I did with my teeth. I was not waiting another 3 hours for nothing! i swear i hate going to that place.. they're so unprofessional and just dirty all around. I only go there when I absolutely need to see a dentist and they're the very last option.

I went onto the clinic for a root canal. That part went fine. Then I had to come back to get fitted for the crown. That part was horrific. The dentist and her assistant seemed to not know what the other was doing. The assistant acted like she was new and had never done what they were doing before. Very painful. No care was taken for my pain, whatever. OK, but when I came back a year later after struggling to pay for the crown, and they still acted the same way and that is a problem. Not only did they pull the same routine where the dentist would ask her to do something and the assistant either was doing it wrong, had never done it before, or didn't understand what the dentist wanted, but everything the dentist did was painful. There was not a gentle touch to her. To top that off, when they had to re-do the filling before placing the crown, they did not give me antibiotics for the infection, and now after another year, I have to spend an outrageous sum with someone else to have the root canal re done through the crown. The office smelled, was very old and uncleanly, I was disturbed just sitting in the waiting area, let alone how I felt sitting in the actual room. If they were the last dentist around, I would rather suffer than go back. Stay clear of this place. Maybe it was just the dentist I had, but if she was any indication of their practice, they should be closed down.

This is the nicest dental office, the employees are so nice and so professional. The office has been completely updated and renovated. It's BEAUTIFUL!!! I recomend this dental office to everyone!!
