I don't know who's bright idea it was to change the quality of food at the Big Boy on 9 & Gratiot, but they should have had a better sleep and less pills.

The cole slaw recipe was awful...who's bright idea was it to change that? The service bar that use to offer chicken wings....forgot the chicken wings!!!! We heard it was because they are too expensive to add ..but yet one of the most popular items you were offering on it. Well I hope someone is happy because now we are going to another place that offers them so less money for that place and into corporate pockets. Many people we know feel the same thank you to the person with that bright idea.

The prices have gone up but offering less...times are tough all over. You serve the public so the public should be pleased or you are going to lose a lot of business by listening to that air head who had all these bright ideas for change.

We have been going to Big Boy since I could walk in the door, but we will pick more wisely now as to which one we go to. We want the original Big Boy back. You decided to cut your losses and close many of them down here and close by, change the menus and offer crappy food in place of good food for your customers. So if you chose to run the business...please the customer first with quality, good tasting food at a good price, especially with the economy hurting us all, and they will return. You never change what is doing good or selling good as that is apparently what the customers like and are returning to buy...dah!!!!!

Not as good as it use to be

I was disappointed in the quesadilla's, it was over $ 6.00 it was cheese and tortilla. Is was poor. It is usually too hot or too cold in there too. I think the quality went down.
