Horrible Service, very low food quality. Employees have attitude probem. Our food was served with disposable plates and told to save it for next meal even though we ordered their main meals. Never going back there again.
Hello I am Susie Luke, my best friend Lisa & I met at Bob Evans for an early dinner at 4:30 on sunday 12/3/17. Our waitress was Kayla Sue. When I looked at her name tag it made me feel good because our last dog was named Kayla & that my name is Sue too I told Kayla Sue that. Anyway Lisa & I ordered the same thing for dinner which was the pot roast with mashed potatoes in a medium bowl. Lisa had her carrots on her food but I asked for them on the side because I don't care for cooked carrots. I will give the cooked carrots to my new dog C C she is a pure bread black, white, grey husky & she likes cooked carrots. C C stands for Carbon Copy from our 2nd from our last dog his name was Chelsea. C C looks very much like Chelsea but two different personalities. Anyway I'm getting way off subject here. I stand by all the stars I put up there because that is how I feel. Kayla Sue came to us 2 times to ask us how everything was & the 2nd time if everything was still ok. We both gave Kayla Sue a 20% tip she very well deserved it. Kayla Sue said she was tired that she had been there since 8:00am but her shift was almost over. Even though Kayla Sue was tired she didn't let that stop her from doing her job. She was still very cheerful and in a very good mood. My best friend Lisa & I will be back because you have very good food with very decent prices. Have a great evening/day when ever the head person reads this review. Very Sincerley, Susie Luke
phone number is out of date - belongs to a local residence now. owner dodging worker comp claims and released it (the number) back to the public. I should know - I have the number and the people trying to contact him/her are very willing to share "why" they want to chat w/ the owner.
HORRIBLE! I am incredibly disappointed with our service. The food is not real Thai food, the chicken was undercooked and the pad Thai had the sauce of stroganoff! I told them I didn't like my chicken satay and the waitress didn't offer me anything different, just took my plate away. When I received my bill I saw that it was still on there. I asked why I was still being charged even after only taking 2 bites of food. She kept running back to the kitchen who I assumed was the owner. She then said i could have $2 ofd my food. Finally the owner came to the register furious saying that I have to pay for it no matter what and told me their food isn't like anyone else and that I can't compare. I explained to her that I was not offered anything different and was honest that their food was not good. She then made a huge scene saying that I am on camera, told her waitress to remember my face and that I was to never return. She brought back my plate of food and threw it at me on the counter saying she has to waste this food and that I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. She went back to the kitchen furious. I assumed that I wasn't going to pay for the satay. The waitress then recalculated and it was still the same price. I then asked her, am I still being charged after being publicly shamed and banned from this place?! And she said yes. And they didn't give me the 2 dollars off that was originally offered in the beginning! I paid, defeated and shocked that this even happened. I never complain and have never had to go to this extent of explaining why I did not like there food. HORRIBLE.
The Ham is die for! The Owner and help are from different countries but their friendliness is equal to none other for a breakfast/lunch place. I tried their bacon, sausage links, ham, pancakes, egg, hash brown, toast, and Coffee......I am hard to please but they got everything perfect! We will be back!Thank You.Pastor Peter-John Church of Detroit
My first time there and I'm honestly so happy with their customer service they treated my family and I so great, the food was amazing! Definitely a place I would recommend :)
Nice looking dining area, and the food was decent once we finally got it. They were severely understaffed. As one poor girl had to bartend and serve 6 tables by herself. I was told the manager was there but he was no where in sight. So poor management, very long wait times, and pretty high prices for food I could make myself at home. I will not be returning to this place.
This is by far the best Lebanese food around! Food is always fresh, and very friendly staff. I work right down the street from here and use to drive to Oasis at 12 and Mound, but this place is 10x better. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
this restaurant just opened in mid september, and WOW it is fantastic. Havent had good lebanese food in this area, usually have to go to dearborn to get this type of quality and service. The hummus is probably the best iv ever had. 100% recommend
