I'm being nice giving this company the one star. I brought my washer and dryer set not even a full month ago and the dryer does not get hot and I've tried to have the issue resolved however they are being rude and saying its my fault being very unprofessional at this time I'm ready to take legal actions and have them pick up their merchandise.

AFTER READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIANCE. GLOBAL APPLIANCE WAS OUT TO MY HOME IN JUNE TO LOOK AT MY WASHER THE TECH WAS DAVID HE WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB !!!!! HE WAS QUICK , COURTEOUS , ON TIME AND INFORMATIVE, EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR OUT OF A SERVICE COMPANY .... I WOULD MOST DEFFIANTLY USE GLOBAL APPLIANCE AGAIN!!!!!!!! BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD !!!!!!!!!
If you ever need repairs the person you have to talk to is the most rude individual I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I purchased a gas stove from them April 2014. I called in less than a month to complain about one of the igniters going out on the stove top. They sent someone out that was fixed right away. In February of 2015 I called again because my oven would not go higher than 250. They sent someone out who changed the ignition for the oven. He did not stay long enough to see if the oven would heat up. With that fix the oven went up to 350. I called back again and they came back out today saying that they corrected the problem and the oven is going to be 10 degrees off. The lady who went by the name of Cathy said that was acceptable and I was just being picky. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Customer service sucks and I recommend if you value your money not to shop here either. They want you to purchase items there but once they get close to warranty going out they no longer care. Cathy needs to retire and have her daughter take over repairs if she doesn't know how to talk to customers. I have no I idea how they stay in business with that type of unprofessional demeanor.
A sad excuse for a business. Purchased two things from them and no problems. Our third item however a washer kept breaking. The third time a man came out we took a look behind him and seen the wiring was bad in the machine. We told them but he hit it added a zip tie and left. 2 weeks later and surprise not working again. The two "ladies" who answer the phone are rude and try to make it seem like it's your fault. Their current attempt was to make us send our receipt as if we didn't have it. Surprise we do! Still going through this so called warranty war now. Sadly both my husband and know how to fix it but won't because it's the principal. Don't offer a warranty if you don't want to abide by it! So fed up with this place and will never buy anything from here again. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
This business is horrible they sold us a washer a few days later it was making loud noises, and shaking the house we called time after time and they said someone would fix it weeks later someone shows up and said they fixed it two days later when we had laundry to do we heard the same noise and banging and we called back time after time they said they would fix it even if it was past their 90 day warranty by the time they got out to fix it it was past the 90 days and then which was about a month or so after they said they would be there we had to go up to the business to get someone out to our home. They come tell us what was wrong said he had to talk to his boss and would be back the next day to fix it. When he didn't show up we called to find out why and they told us that since the warranty was over and they had been under management for 4 days they would charge us more than we paid for the washer to fix it this place is horrible they were rude and hung up on me several times. i would rate this place a zero if i could.
