Pawnshops: 10 Things to Know »
Most people think of pawn stores as a way to make cash quickly or a place to buy an inexpensive ring. In reality, they're a lot more complex than simple buy-and-sell transactions…
Wonderful, professional folks with Outstanding merchandise! When you are there, you feel like you're at home. Your questions are answered honestly, and repairs are done with such skill that no one would ever know anything had been damaged on that item of jewelry. And, if you're looking for Pandora.....look no further!! They even carry the Pandora Essence line, which many places don't. I could go on and on...but, to sum it up....Yelverton Jewelers is the BEST of all the REST!! :)
Customer service sucks... Unless you are buying a $10,000 diamond or something. I waited at least 25 min for someone to acknowledge my presence. Another day I went to pay my bill as soon as it was my turn Ms Brown excused herself gor a minute because I was just" paying my bill" and proceeded to go and assist a very good looking firefighter who by the way was already being served. Well Ms Brown didn't return to help me so I decided to go run another errand and return later. When I returned she looked at me as if nothing had happened. Horrible service
I highly suggest to anyone looking for anything custom or just in general to go somewhere else. We ordered a custom ring from kays on aug 4th 2013 and now its jan 17th 2014. 3 rings later and they still havent got it right. The store employees are not understanding and will make any excuse possible to get you to leave with it. Ive never been so disrespected in my life. These people are worthless. After everything they have put us through, they wont even take the time to pick up the phone and return a phone call. We were suppose to set up a meeting 11 days ago but cant because they wont call us back. It would take me an hour to write everything they have put us through, so take my word for it or you can go find out for yourself.
