been going todr Christie for several years now. ever since they went to the my eye dr franchise that place has gone down hill. the staff are rude and not willing to help a patient at all. as far as the dr dr Christie is one of the best. but the office staff is one to be reckoned with. my wife and I are going to a different place now. hate it for dr Christie but his staff is sorry. he even said since they went to the franchise he cant do nothing with them. they not only lost me and my wife but my daughter and her family which is 5 and my mother too. they lost 8 customers in because of their incompetent office staff
Went for my apt. sit for an hour and half and still had not see the doctor...... they make apts. all at the same time, everyone that was there wrote the same time down is how I know this. I feel if they cared about us then they would see us at a time close to our apt. but this is truly a place about money and how much they can make in a day. If you cant make your apt. they want to charge, so If they are late they should dicount or give it for free since its there fault not yours ...........you was on time and early.I want say he is a bad doctor, just that they really need to care more for the ones who come there spending there money
I have gone to Christie Eye Care for the past two years and I will never go back again. They are rude, overpriced, the doctor rushes, and talks down to you. I just got a new lens prescription and went back because it seems like my prescription is not right and was told I have cataracts and there is nothing I can do about it. I also brought in my own frames and with insurance I still had to pay $600. I feel ripped off and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. I have an appointment with Lens Crafters at Riverside Crossing this week to have a more thorough exam done by people who are a lot nicer. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to Christie Eye Care again!!!
